Wes is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered while renting vacation homes. I have rented three homes through Latitude 8 and 5 homes through Airbnb/Vrbo while vacationing in Arizona. We experienced some unseasonably cool weather in Arizona at the end of September due to hurricane Hugo and the pool at the house cooled down significantly. When we called Wes and inquired about having the pool heated, he gave us the most obscene and ridiculous run around which involved numerous text messages, multiple phone calls, and several lies. Long story short, Wes was so lazy that he didn’t physically want to come to the home and turn the heater on and put the solar cover on the pool. He also changed the story about the heater and why we couldn’t use it and then that we could use it but it was at the discretion of the owner and that it would cost $309-$400 to heat it for the week. We only wanted to heat the pool for a few days because by the middle of the week the temperatures were going to return to normal which was 90s during the day and 70s at night. Finally after hours of calls/texts and confusing discussions, he went to the home and turned the heater on and put the solar cover on, but only for us to discover that everything is controlled by the simple touchscreen on the pool system. We heated it perfectly for the few days and it only costed $111. The price was never the issue for us, it was the fact that he was lazy and so unprofessional about the entire situation. The home was nice, but it needed some serious TLC with regards to ripped and frayed cushions on the outside loungers. It also would be nice if lazy Wes would have come the day of or before to clean out the 3 dead mice in the pool and clean off all the exterior furniture from the recent storms and high winds. The outside needs some TLC as the day beds are ripped and frayed. House needs more instructions and a manual so you know how to control everything, pool fountain, yard light
